Our commercial customer in West Hollywood, CA, reported uneven temperatures throughout their store. Our HVAC technician arrived and found no issues with the units mechanically. Per managers request, adjusted the vents so that the air wasn't blowing directly onto the employees.
Approved A/C repairs were scheduled today for a West Hollywood, CA, retailer. One of their air conditioners had a failing condenser fan motor that was leaking oil.
Our commercial HVAC technician returned to a retailer in West Hollywood, California, to complete repairs found on the most recent maintenance. The ICP #3 system needed a new condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor. All units onsite also needed to have their coils washed. Our technician confirmed all units were operational after making repairs to #3. Job complete.

After removing the bad motor, our tech wired in the new part, re-installed the grill and tested the unit. All operations normal again, job complete.

Tech arrived and inspected all units, but was unable to find any water leaks or recent signs of water leaking. Did find a cracked belt on ceiling unit. Will return and replace the belt once obtained.
Approved repairs scheduled at a clothing shop in West Hollywood. Technician arrived onsite with a rented lift to reach a tripped smoke detector. Was able to reach detector, replace, and retest unit. System operational again after replacing its smoke detector.
Los Angeles county tech dispatched to inspect a juice bar Arctic Air cooler with gaskets coming apart. Confirmed gaskets are the problem, took measurements for ordering of new gaskets. Reported issue back to customer with photos and sizes needed.
